Pan Africana is a specialist Agricultural and Agro-allied company set up to engage in the full spectrum of the Agricultural Value Chain, with special emphasis on the Production (Cultivation), Aggregation, Processing and Trading of Oil Seeds and other agricultural commodities. Our focus is to be the foremost driver of organic and conventional crop production in Nigeria and West Africa, by creating wealth through sustainable agriculture to empower local farmers through world class turnkey agricultural projects driven by innovation, data, and supported by the latest technology.

We pride ourselves to be one in ten farms in Nigeria to be certified in organic production by ECOCERT, the foremost certification body in the world, and in collaboration with our partners, engages in the Mechanized cultivation, distribution and export of various agricultural farm produce such as Organic Soybeans, Wheat, Sesame, tomatoes, rice etc.

With its headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria, and operating mainly in Plateau, Nassarawa, Kano and Adamawa States, with a plan to expand into West Africa by 2024, Pan Africana is in the process of expanding its land area under cultivation to 7,500 hectares, and establishing a world-class Oil Bean Processing plant in Nigeria, by Q4, 2023.

Valency is an international commodity trading house with its headquarters situated in Singapore, and in a relatively short period, has expanded its network and operations across various continents.

The management at Valency International holds extensive knowledge and experience in the field of commodity trading, and have passed on their expertise and passion for trading to all of the teams that work in 15 different countries; culminating in the strong trading organization that it is today.
Valency International trades in a diversified portfolio of products that can be classified as Agro & Consumer Goods, Sulphur & Fertilizers, Steel & Scrap, and Others. Their procurement teams are empowered by the strong presence on the ground at procurement centers and are aided by a dedicated team specializing in providing the best quality products.


Social Impact

Agriculture drives many African economies and is a critical input to growing markets and enabling food security.

Pan Africana and its Partners, have developed strategic partnerships with community centered organizations that improve smallholder farmers’ productivity.

We are committed to driving economic growth through the participation of small holder farmers, and are currently partnering with the All Women’s Farmers Association of Nigeria (AWFAN) to ensure that 70% of women indigenes in the local communities are employed on its farms, as well as several smallholder farming initiatives.
